Hi, I’m Rebecca Garcia.
I’m the wife of a farrier, Ben, and a mom of three little kiddos, two dogs, four horses, one fiber sheep, three milk cows, a pet pig, a raft of ducks, and a flock of chickens. We strive for an organic wholesome lifestyle on our little slice of heaven in Herald. I have BIG dreams and ideas and my husband is always supportive, even when he thinks it’s silly. That’s why we have a fiber sheep (that I rarely do anything with the wool) and a herd of milk cows. I enjoy spending time all my animals, gardening, and riding dressage.

It all begins with a dream. I wanted a milk cow for years, every holiday I could think of I would ask my husband Ben for a milk cow and every holiday I was disappointed. (not really because he gives amazing gifts, but..) Then the day finally came, I found this beautiful lady online and we decided to go take a look at her. Well one thing led to another and we were bringing home a cow!
Amelia is a beautiful A2A2 jersey and the newest addition to our little homestead and we couldn’t be happier with all the milk and cheese she has provided us with! And we can’t wait to share it all with you!
